RATES MANAGER

If you have:

· Intermediate spoken english level and ability to conduct business correspondence in English.
· Microsoft office skills, specially Excel.
· Ability to work with numbers, graphs and tables.
· Stress resistance, perseverance, responsability, attentiveness.

VOICE SALES MANAGER

If you have:

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing.
· Experience in developing customer-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
· Planning, and reporting abilities combined with strong communication and presentation skills.
· The team-playing attitude, and ability to also work independently, in a proactive and results-oriented way.
· Experience working for an International Carrier, ideally more than 5 years, selling/ buying voice services,
· An extensive network of relationships within the wholesale and retail industry.

And you are able to:

· Identify and finalize sales and buying opportunities.
· Monitor traffic reports to measure target achievement.
· Conduct all customer-facing activities and negotiate sales/purchasing agreements.
· Achieve assigned revenue/margin goals and assist in achieving annual revenue/margin objectives for the company.
· Develop, protect and enhance valuable customer relationships so ensuring long-term loyalty and growth
· Identify research and champion product changes to better meet customer needs and expand sales opportunities.
· Collect and manage market, customer and competitor information to better position Escallops Telecoms offerings.
